Always Discreet Shipping
Some products, in order to be shipped discreetly, must be repackaged and sent via Federal Express ground. As required by federal security law, those packages are sent using a Health & Home Solutions label, rather than “Depends” or “Incontinence Supplies,” for example.
Products labeled “Always Discreet” will incur no additional charge for this service. Just look for this truck symbol for “Always Discreet” shipping to apply.

Optional Discreet Packaging
Some products, in order to be shipped discreetly, must be repackaged and sent via Federal Express ground. As required by federal security law, those packages are sent using a Health & Home Solutions label, rather than “Depends” or “Incontinence Supplies,” for example.
You can always request discreet shipping for those products that are not automatically available with it. On our website, product descriptions clearly state if discreet shipping is automatic or optional. If you opt for discreet shipping on those products, you will be charged a small additional handling fee of $1.95 per order.
