HEALTH & HOME SOLUTIONS RETURN POLICY

HHS respects the fact that there will be a need to return a product. Hence, our return policy:

I. Please call 1-888-689-5488 between 9-5 M-F (or leave a message)

II. If we shipped in error, please call us for a Return Authorization Number (RA #) @ 1-888-689-5488. We will issue a pickup with UPS (or the best carrier). The UPS driver will place the typed return address on the outside of the box / case. Please do not mark the box / case with any pen / marker. We will ship the correct product same day (if before 3:00pm EST) at no additional cost. In addition, there will be NO return freight cost to you, our valued client.

III. For disposable incontinence items (except wet washcloths / wipes) - Since HHS ships in cases only, we allow for returns in full cases only. Thus, the returned item must be in saleable condition. If any bags inside the case were opened, we regret that we cannot accept the return. There will be a $9.95 per case charge to return any full case of product. In addition, HHS will charge a 20% restocking fee.

IV. For items sold in bags, tubs, or packs, HHS will accept only unopened product. There will be a return freight charge of $9.95 plus a restocking fee of 20%.

V. Due to health & hygeine reasons, we do not accept returns on washable underpads or any washable products.

VI. No returns accepted after 30 days of receipt of the order.

VII. If HHS determines that the product returned is not in original packaging or product has been damaged by Client and cannot be resold, HHS will not grant payment credit. HHS will not accept return of special order products.

VIII. Any product shortage or shipping errors must be reported to our Customer Service Department within 48 hours from receipt of the order.
