1. Will Medicare/Private insurance pay for my mom/dad's supplies?

Unfortunately, the only insurance that pays for incontinence products is Medicaid.  Health & Home Solutions is a Medicaid Provider for Ohio and South Carolina.  If you reside in one of these states, you may be eligible to receive your monthly supplies billed to Medicaid.  To find out more about your specific situation -- call our Medicaid Customer Service Representative at 888-689-5488 x201.

2. Do you charge extra for shipping?

Health & Home Solutions currently does not charge for shipping.  The price you see is the price you will pay at check out.

3. Can I stop in and pick up my order?

Health & Home Solutions does not stock items here in our offices.  All orders are delivered via UPS ground FREE OF CHARGE.

4. How long will it take to get my order?

In order to expedite delivery times, Health & Home Solutions ships from 13 different warehouses located across the continental US.  Therefore, in most cases, you will receive your order within 3 business days. 

5. What is the difference between a brief and a pull-up?

Pull-ups are styled like normal underwear.  You "pull" them up and down.  Briefs have tape tabs on the sides.  They are styled more like diapers and are typically used when someone is confined to their bed.
